For each Portage that you select to do on your Daily Journey, you will repeat 3 Steps. These steps use Habit Formation principles to help you rapidly build a new habit that will improve the skills you need to master a health practice.  

In Step 1 you will do your Health Practice rating. 

In Step 2 you will learn how to build the new habit. 

In Step 3 you will make a plan to be mindful of using the habit in your upcoming day.
